TEA rituAls
The Tea Ceremony : a ritual from silence
It was while reading Tanizaki Junichiro and his book “In Praise of Shadows” that I entered into the contemplation of utensils as living architectural sacred objects. this project is about the production of 5 drawings of tea rituals that focus on the contemplation of utensils and their botanicals. From the creation of a teapot using the raku technique to the ornamental Persian or Moroccan teapots, each culture expresses its own style in the recreation of the tea ceremony.

About the body of the Moon
Using the moon as a narrative and poetic theme is something that has been done for centuries, however, it is in this present where the astrological theme has more collective interest and global resonance. It seems important to me to get closer to that organism of dreams, astrology and tenderness, but none of those things matter without the botanical paper, because this is what brings me closer to the constellations and therefore to the colours of the body of the moon.
